1. Advice for Using WebMoney
- Register your WMID using your real name, real address, and real ID card information (so that if WebMoney asks for verification later, you can provide it easily).
- When creating your WMID, make sure to write down your email, password, date of birth, and secret question, in case you forget your information and can’t access your account.
- WebMoney strictly forbids using their system for illegal trading or selling of contraband. Especially, do not exchange WM (Z, E, R) to or from cryptocurrencies or e-currencies like PayPal, Payza, Bitcoin, Perfect Money, etc. If detected, your account will be locked immediately.
- If you buy/sell prepaid cards, you must prove the source of the goods and have a well-built, trustworthy website, otherwise your account may still get banned. Always contact WebMoney to explain your business.
- WebMoney rules require that every transaction be described in detail (in English). If you fail to describe your transaction and a dispute arises, you will automatically lose the case.
- Never receive money on behalf of strangers — it can get your account locked.
- When your account is suspended, you’ll usually get a message like:

2. Difference Between Keeper and Passport
a. Keeper (Tools for managing your Z-wallets)
- Standard Keeper (previously called Mini Keeper): login through the website.
- Has limits on how much you can send/receive.
- Mobile Keeper (MyWebMoney on iOS and Android):
- Still limited like Standard Keeper.
- Light Keeper: not used in Vietnam, you can ignore this one.
- WinPro Keeper (previously Classic Keeper):
- Once activated and logged in successfully on your PC (showing “Online”), you can receive large amounts freely without limits.
