Contextual Email Scraping? Is it possible?

Hello everyone,

I was using a few email scraping tools, with some results. But the problem is that they are scraping everything they found, no matter who.
Even because this is the only way they work. If I try to use them for a specific website they can only find the emails from the contact page and not user emails.

So is there a way to scrape emails from people based on their interests?
Probably this is a very weird question, but maybe you know more... this is MMO
